My Story
My story started at 14, the day I joined a gym. What began as curiosity turned into restrictive cycles, all-or-nothing thinking, and a constant pressure to be perfect. I felt out of control around food, either none of it or all of it. I avoided social events, stuck to “safe” meals, and punished myself with restriction and overtraining whenever I slipped. But the hardest part wasn’t the food, it was how I spoke to myself. The guilt. The criticism. The feeling of constantly failing. For a long time, I thought this was normal. Until I realised the answer wasn’t more discipline, it was understanding. Real progress isn’t built through extremes, but through sustainable systems that create self-trust and consistency. And that’s why Coached by Athlo exists, to help women step out of the cycle and build a way of living that finally feels aligned. 🤍
